2. QR Poster Studio (Mobile Application) — V1.0
QR Poster Studio is an offline QR poster maker. You start from the QR payload (URL, text, Wi‑Fi details, or a contact card), style the code, choose one of 15+ local poster templates, optionally add a center logo, edit headline and subline, and export a ready-to-print PNG. The privacy practices in this Section 2 apply specifically to QR Poster Studio and take precedence over more general website statements in this Policy where they conflict for that app.
2.1 Summary
- No account: Registration or sign-in is not required. Projects and logos stay on your device.
- QR content stays local: Payload strings are encoded on-device. Nothing is sent to our servers. V1.0 has no INTERNET permission.
- No camera in V1: This version does not scan QR codes. Test exports with another device’s system camera.
- No ads or analytics: V1.0 contains no advertising SDKs, no in-app purchases, and no third-party analytics, attribution, crash-reporting, or tracking SDKs.
- No cloud backup: V1.0 does not offer dynamic QR, PDF export, or JSON backup / cross-device restore.
- We do not sell personal information.
2.2 What is stored locally on your device
Depending on how you use the app, the following may be stored in on-device private project storage and is not uploaded to VAN FURNITURE LIMITED:
- Poster projects (title, template, headline, subline, colors, module shape, error-correction level, and layout size such as Square 1080, Story 9:16, or print ratio)
- QR payload you enter: website URL, plain text, Wi‑Fi details (SSID, password, and security type), or vCard fields (name, phone, email)
- Optional center logo you choose through the system Photo Picker
- App settings (default error correction, default export size, default template category, and onboarding state)
- Exported PNG files you choose to save (for example via the system folder picker / Storage Access Framework, typically under
Pictures/QRPosterStudio/)
Because this data remains on your device, we cannot remotely access, recover, or delete it from our servers. Editor auto-save keeps progress locally; the last successful save remains on the device if a save fails (for example when storage is full).
2.3 Permissions and system features (V1.0)
- No INTERNET permission in V1.0 — the app is designed to work fully offline.
- Photo Picker / media access only when you add an optional center logo; the selected image stays in local project assets.
- Storage / folder access (SAF or MediaStore) when you export a poster PNG; you choose the save location, and exported files on shared storage are managed by you.
- V1.0 does not use the camera, advertising identifiers, location tracking, microphone, contacts, SMS, or phone call logs. The app does not connect to Wi‑Fi networks to validate credentials you encode.
2.4 QR payloads you create
You are responsible for the URLs, text, Wi‑Fi credentials, and contact data you encode. Typical encoded formats stay on-device, for example:
- URL — a website address you enter
- Text — a plain-text message
- Wi‑Fi — a local
WIFI:string (network name, password, and security type such as WPA, WEP, or no password) - vCard — a local vCard 3.0 string with name and optional phone and email
QR Poster Studio generates a standard static QR on your device. V1.0 does not provide dynamic QR, does not verify that third-party scanner apps can read every export, and does not include an in-app camera scanner.
2.5 Exports
When you export, the app renders a static PNG poster at the size you choose (Square 1080, Story 9:16, or print ratio). Files saved via SAF or MediaStore stay where you choose on your device and are not transmitted to us. Exported PNG files are yours to share. Templates are licensed for use within the app.
2.6 Deletion and retention (app)
- Local project data remains until you delete a project, use Clear all projects, or uninstall the app.
- Uninstalling generally removes the app’s private local data from your device.
- Exported files you saved to shared storage (for example Pictures) remain under your control after uninstall unless you delete them yourself.
2.7 What we do not collect via QR Poster Studio
Because the app operates offline without INTERNET permission and without accounts or analytics, QR Poster Studio V1.0 does not transmit your projects, logos, QR payloads (including Wi‑Fi passwords or contact cards), or usage telemetry to VAN FURNITURE LIMITED. We do not guarantee marketing outcomes or compatibility with every third-party scanner app.
3. Website — Information We Collect
When you visit this website or contact us (not through QR Poster Studio local storage), we may collect:
- Information you provide: Name, email address, message content (via contact forms or support), job application materials, and similar data you submit.
- Automatically collected technical data: IP address, device type, operating system version, browser type, language settings, access times, and page views.
- Sensitive data: We do not ask for sensitive personal information (e.g. health, biometrics, precise location) unless a specific feature clearly requires it and you provide separate consent.
These website practices do not apply to QR Poster Studio V1.0 local project data, which is not uploaded to us. QR Poster Studio V1.0 does not collect in-app user identifiers, crash logs, performance telemetry, or usage statistics.
4. How We Use Information

QR Poster Studio (V1.0)
Local app data is used only to provide app features on your device (projects, QR encoding, templates, logo, settings, and exports you initiate). Because V1.0 does not upload app content to us, we do not use that content for marketing, profiling, or advertising.
5. Sharing and Third-Party SDKs
We do not sell your personal information. QR Poster Studio V1.0 project content is not transmitted to us and includes no third-party advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs. For website or email contact, we may share data when:
- Service providers assist us (e.g. website hosting), under contracts that require data protection;
- Law requires disclosure to comply with applicable law, court orders, or protect users and public safety;
- Business transfers occur (merger, acquisition, asset sale), we require the recipient to honor this policy.
QR Poster Studio V1.0 does not integrate Google Play services, Firebase, Google Analytics, or other Google SDKs. If a future app version adds such services, we will update this policy and the Play Data safety form before release. Website cookies, if any, are described in our Cookie Policy and may be subject to the Google Privacy Policy when you consent to Google Analytics.
6. Data Retention
We retain website and email personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy or as required by law. After retention periods end, we delete or anonymize data. QR Poster Studio local data retention is controlled by you on the device (delete project, Clear all projects, or uninstall), as described in Section 2.6.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures for information we hold (e.g. encryption in transit, access controls, security reviews). QR Poster Studio V1.0 keeps content on your device; please protect your device with a screen lock or other security features. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our website and QR Poster Studio are not directed to children under 13 (or the higher age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. If you believe we have collected such data through our website or support email, contact us and we will delete it promptly. On-device QR Poster Studio data can be removed by clearing projects or uninstalling the app.

Under applicable law (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), you may have the right to:

For on-device QR Poster Studio data, use in-app delete / Clear all projects or uninstall the app — we cannot access that local content from our servers.

We may process and store website or email data in the United Kingdom, the United States, or other countries. We use appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses) where required for cross-border transfers. QR Poster Studio V1.0 does not transfer app project data off your device.
